Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Registrar may attach conditions to an approval under section 15, and those conditions must be specified in the approval.
(2) The Registrar may at any time, by notice in writing to the ELNO, vary or revoke the conditions attached to the approval of that ELNO or attach new or additional conditions.
