Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) An authorised officer may enter and remain on Aboriginal land (as defined in section 3 of the Aboriginal Land Act 1978 ) if it is reasonably necessary to do so for the authorised officer to exercise a power or to perform a function under this Act.
(2) Subsection (1):
(a) has effect despite any law in force in the Territory; and
(b) does not affect the operation of any other provision of this Act.
