EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACT 2013 - SECT 95

How member may be appointed

For section 94(c), the Committee may appoint:

        (a)     a person by name; or

        (b)     a person by reference to the office, position or designation held or occupied by the person; or

        (c)     a person from time to time holding or occupying a named office, position or designation.
