Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsThe Commissioner may refuse to grant a firearms dealer licence firearms corporate licence, firearms museum licence or firearms club licence if, in respect of the particular application:
(a) the representative does not hold a licence; or
(b) the Commissioner is not satisfied the representative would be granted a licence under section 10 if he or she were to apply for a licence.
