Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A person who is a member of the management committee of a firearms club must not use, or knowingly permit another person to use, a firearm on premises occupied by the firearms club unless the premises are approved under section 49.
(2) The occupier of premises used as a shooting gallery or amusement parlour must not permit a person to use a firearm on the premises unless the premises are approved under section 49.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months.
