Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If an improvement notice is complied with, an authorised officer must note the date of the compliance on a copy of the notice of improvement.
(2) The person to whom the improvement notice was issued may request a copy of the improvement notice noted in accordance with subsection (1) and, if the person does, an authorised officer must give a copy to the person.
