Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) On the trial of a person charged with an offence against section 12, the person may be found alternatively guilty of an offence against section 15(1), and the person is liable to punishment accordingly.
(2) On the trial of a person charged with an offence against section 13, the person may be found alternatively guilty of an offence against section 15(2), and the person is liable to punishment accordingly.
