Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsThe Chief Executive Officer (Housing) may make such payments as it thinks fit for the maintenance or insurance of a dwelling or house sold or in respect of which an advance has been made by it under this Part or formerly made by the Home Finance Trustee under the Housing Loans Act 1949 under a prescribed housing assistance scheme in force under this Part or Part 9 or formerly in force under the Housing Loans Act 1949 and in respect of which an amount of purchase money or the advance is owing.
