Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) In proceedings for an offence against this Act, a certificate that appears to have been signed by the CEO certifying that a person named in the certificate was, on a particular day or for a particular period, a public housing safety officer is admissible as proof of the matter so certified.
(2) A prosecution for an offence against section 36, 36A or 36B may be started within 2 years after the date on which the offence is alleged to have occurred.
