Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsNothing in this Act is to be taken to affect the ability of the parties to continue efforts to resolve an objection to an acquisition lodged under section 34 until such time as the Minister decides whether or not to compulsorily acquire the land the subject of the proposal, including while the objection is before the Tribunal.
