Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, at any time while no person (other than the Crown) has an estate or interest in the land, by notice published in the Gazette , declare that any land acquired under this Act is no longer required for the purpose for which it was acquired.
(2) Land referred to in a notice under subsection (1) may be dealt with as unalienated Crown land under a law in force in the Territory.
