Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The land comprising created sections 1253 and 1255 must be in the same ownership.
(2) The Minister must, under section 35 of the Land Title Act 2000 , lodge a memorandum for each of the lots for the restriction imposed under subsection (1).
