LAKE BENNETT (LAND TITLE) ACT 2005 - SECT 18

Effect of caveat, court order, writ of execution and statutory charge

The lodging (whether before or after the commencement date) of any of the following documents over any of the lots to which this Act applies does not prevent the registration of an instrument affecting the lot that is prepared for this Act:

        (a)     a caveat;

        (b)     a request to register a court order or writ of execution;

        (c)     a statutory charge.
