Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A further development of created section 1254 or 1255 or the common property easement area is not permitted other than for:
(a) a complying pontoon; or
(b) development that is reasonably necessary for works associated with providing communications, electricity, water, sewerage or other services.
(2) The Planning Minister must, under section 35 of the Land Title Act 2000 , lodge a memorandum for each of the lots for the restriction imposed under subsection (1).
