Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This Part does not authorise the Admission Board to seek a suitability report about:
(a) an applicant for the grant or renewal of a local practising certificate; or
(b) the holder of a local practising certificate.
(2) This Part does not authorise the Law Society to seek a suitability report about an applicant for admission.
