Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to a corporation that is established by or under a law (whether or not of this jurisdiction) and is an incorporated legal practice, but is not a company within the meaning of the Corporations Act.
(2) The provisions of this Act or the regulations that apply to an incorporated legal practice prevail, to the extent of any inconsistency, over provisions of the legislation by or under which the corporation is established or regulated that are specified or described in the regulations.
