LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2006 - SECT 205

Surrender of local registration certificate and cancellation of registration

    (1)     A person registered as a foreign lawyer under this Part may surrender the local registration certificate to the Law Society.

    (2)     The Society may cancel the registration.
