Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The regulations may provide for the refund of a portion of a fee paid in relation to registration as a foreign lawyer if it is suspended or cancelled during its currency.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the regulations may specify:
(a) the circumstances in which a refund must be made; and
(b) the amount of the refund or the way in which the amount of the refund must be decided.
