Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The obligations imposed on law practices by this Part, and any other provisions of this Act relating to trust money and trust accounts, apply to an incorporated legal practice or multi-disciplinary partnership only in connection with legal services provided by the practice or partnership.
(2) The regulations may provide that specified provisions of this Part, and any other provisions of this Act relating to trust money and trust accounts:
(a) do not apply to incorporated legal practices or multi-disciplinary partnerships or both; or
(b) apply to them with specified modifications.
