Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A costs assessor must ensure a certificate issued under section 345 or 346 specifying the assessor's determination is accompanied by:
(a) a statement of the reasons for the costs assessor's determination; and
(b) other supplementary information required by regulation.
(2) The statement of reasons must be given in accordance with the regulations
