Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This Chapter applies (with the necessary modifications) to Australian lawyers and former Australian lawyers in relation to conduct occurring while they were Australian lawyers, but not Australian legal practitioners, in the same way as it applies to Australian legal practitioners and former Australian legal practitioners.
(2) This Chapter applies (with the necessary modifications) to former Australian legal practitioners in relation to conduct occurring while they were Australian legal practitioners in the same way as it applies to persons who are Australian legal practitioners.
