Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A disciplinary application for a complaint cannot be challenged on the ground that the allegations contained in it do not deal with all of the matters raised in the complaint or deal differently with matters raised in the complaint or deal with additional matters.
(2) This section applies whether the allegations were included in the application as made or were included by way of variation.
