LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2006 - SECT 656

    (1)     The Admission Board may delegate any of its powers and functions to:

        (a)     the chairperson; or

        (b)     the secretary; or

        (c)     a committee of the Board comprising 2 or members.

    (2)     The delegation must be in writing.
