MUSEUM AND ART GALLERY OF THE NORTHERN TERRITORY ACT 2014 - SECT 11

The Board may delegate any of its powers or functions under this or any other Act to one or more of the following:

        (a)     the Director;

        (b)     one or more appointed persons;

        (c)     a committee established under section 13 ;

        (d)     a public sector employee.
