Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsEvidence that a dangerous drug was found in a room (not primarily used as a bedroom) in residential premises that are drug premises is evidence, in respect of a charge against a resident of the premises who was on the premises at the time the drug was found of having committed an offence against Part II, Division 1, Subdivision 1 or section 6E(1), 6F(1) or 6G(1), that the drug was then in the resident's control.
