Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsWhere an appeal is made to the Supreme Court, the Court of Criminal Appeal or the Court of Appeal in respect of an offence involving a prohibited plant, dangerous drug or precursor which has not been destroyed, the Court shall, on the first occasion on which the appeal is mentioned before it, make a determination whether the prohibited plant, dangerous drug or precursor should be retained.
