MEDICINES, POISONS AND THERAPEUTIC GOODS ACT 2012 - SECT 203

Power to prohibit supply of incorrectly packed or labelled substance

    (1)     The CHO may, by written notice, order a person not to supply a Scheduled substance that is not packed or labelled as required under this Act.

    (2)     The person must comply with the notice.

Maximum penalty:     100 penalty units.

    (3)     An offence against subsection (2) is an offence of strict liability.
