MEDICINES, POISONS AND THERAPEUTIC GOODS ACT 2012 - SECT 40

A person must not supply a Schedule 4 substance to someone unless the supply is authorised under:

        (a)     a certificate of registration; or

        (b)     a medical kit authorisation.

Maximum penalty:     200 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years.
