MEDICINES, POISONS AND THERAPEUTIC GOODS ACT 2012 - SECT 47

A person must not use an unrestricted Schedule 8 substance unless the use is authorised under:

        (a)     a Schedule 8 authorisation; or

        (b)     a research authorisation; or

        (c)     a medical kit authorisation.

Maximum penalty:     100 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months.
