NATIONAL DISABILITY INSURANCE SCHEME (WORKER CLEARANCE) ACT 2020 - SECT 30

This Division applies if the Screening Agency:

        (a)     imposes an interim bar on an applicant under section 23(1)(c); or

        (b)     suspends the clearance of a person under section 27(2)(a).
