NATIONAL DISABILITY INSURANCE SCHEME (WORKER CLEARANCE) ACT 2020 - SECT 56

    (1)     A person who is given a notice under section 50 must comply with the notice.

Maximum penalty:     50 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
