NATIONAL HEALTH FUNDING POOL AND ADMINISTRATION (NATIONAL UNIFORM LEGISLATION) ACT 2012 - SECT 14

The CEO (Health) is to:

        (a)     open and maintain a separate bank account; or

        (b)     establish and maintain a separate fund; or

        (c)     designate an existing bank account or fund;

as the State Managed Fund for the State for the purposes of health funding under the National Health Reform Agreement.
