Northern Territory Consolidated Acts

NATIONAL HEALTH FUNDING POOL AND ADMINISTRATION (NATIONAL UNIFORM LEGISLATION) ACT 2012 - SECT 25

    (1)     The following Acts apply (subject to subsection (2)) as laws of this jurisdiction to or in respect of the Administrator and any function exercised or performed by the Administrator:

        (a)     the Archives Act 1983 (Cth);

        (b)     the Australian Information Commissioner Act 2010 (Cth);

        (c)     the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth);

        (d)     the Ombudsman Act 1976 (Cth);

        (e)     the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

    (2)     Each of those Acts so applies subject to the modifications made by regulations made under the National Health Reform Act 2011 (Cth) with the agreement of all the members of the Ministerial Council.
