Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Nothing in Part III purports or shall be taken to derogate from a provision of any Act requiring consent, approval or permission for the work or use of the land the subject of an Authority Certificate or Minister's Certificate or from the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Heritage Protection Act 1984 of the Commonwealth or the Land Rights Act.
(2) Nothing in this Act shall be taken to prevent a person from directly communicating with a custodian about a sacred site or land on which a sacred site is situated.
