Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2) and the conditions, if any, of an Authority Certificate or a Minister's Certificate, the owner of land comprised in a sacred site, or a person with the express permission of the owner, may enter and remain on that land and do anything thereon for the normal enjoyment of the owner's proprietary interest in the land.
(2) Nothing in subsection (1) shall be taken to give a person a greater right with the permission of the owner than that possessed by the owner himself or herself.
