NORTHERN TERRITORY CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ACT 2014 - SECT 113

The member must advise the Tribunal:

        (a)     if a settlement is accepted by the member; or

        (b)     if the member has closed the conference under section 110(3).
