Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to an assessor who assists the Tribunal under section 74 and who has or acquires an interest that may conflict with the performance of the person's functions as an assessor in relation to a proceeding.
(2) The assessor must disclose the nature of the assessor's interest to the President.
(3) The assessor must not perform any function as an assessor in relation to the proceeding except with the consent of all parties to the proceeding.
