Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If a failure by a person to comply with a requirement of an Act is material to a proceeding, the Tribunal may disregard the non-compliance if satisfied that it would result in an expeditious resolution of the proceeding.
(2) An order under this section is not relevant for any purpose other than resolving the proceeding before the Tribunal.
