Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If it is not practicable for a party to serve a document in relation to a proceeding in accordance with this Act or a relevant Act, the Tribunal may:
(a) order that service may be effected in another way; and
(b) make any other order necessary for service.
(2) Any document served in accordance with an order under subsection (1) is taken to have been served in accordance with the requirement mentioned in subsection (1).
