Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Tribunal may direct that 2 or more proceedings that concern the same or related facts or circumstances remain as separate proceedings but be heard and decided together.
(2) The Tribunal may direct:
(a) that any aspect of a proceeding be heard and determined separately; or
(b) that a proceeding commenced by 2 or more persons jointly be split into separate proceedings.
