Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsA person who wishes to inspect the entries in the rate book relating to an allotment must pay the fee for inspecting the rate book that the Minister determines, unless the person is:
(a) the ratepayer for the allotment or an adjoining allotment; or
(b) the agent of the ratepayer for the allotment or adjoining allotment who is authorised in writing by the ratepayer to do so.
