Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Except as otherwise expressly provided, this Act does not affect any agreement or rule of law or equity regarding the liabilities of persons among themselves for any rate levied under this Act.
(2) As between a tenant for life of rateable land and a person entitled to the land in remainder or reversion, a rate charged under this Act accrues from day to day and must be apportioned between them accordingly.
