NORTHERN TERRITORY RATES ACT 1971 - SECT 6

    (1)     The Minister must maintain a rate book.

    (2)     The rate book must contain the following:

        (a)     a description of each allotment within each prescribed area;

        (b)     the name of the ratepayer for each allotment;

        (c)     the assessed value of each allotment, if relevant;

        (d)     any other information as the Minister sees fit or as prescribed by regulation.
