Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Regulations may prescribe a law of a State, another Territory or another jurisdiction (including a foreign country) that provides for the limitation of a partner in a partnership to be a corresponding law.
(2) In addition, any other law of a State, another Territory or another jurisdiction (including a foreign country) that substantially corresponds to the provisions in this Act that relate to incorporated limited partnerships is a corresponding law.
