Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Commissioner, a Deputy Commissioner or an Assistant Commissioner may resign his office by writing signed by him and delivered to the Administrator.
(2) A notice of resignation under subsection (1) shall not have effect until it is accepted by the Administrator.
