Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Subsection (2) applies in relation to a restricted weapon that is produced by a person in compliance or purported compliance with a requirement under section 116KF.
(2) If a member suspects on reasonable grounds that possession of the restricted weapon is unlawful, the member may seize the weapon and remove it from the place where it is seized.
