Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Commissioner may maintain databases of any information obtained from carrying out forensic procedures under this Act or any other Act.
(2) Information may be recorded in the databases from forensic procedures carried out before the commencement of this section.
