Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsIn default of any express provision to the contrary therein contained, an agreement shall, unless rescinded, and subject to any variation, continue in force after the expiration of the term specified therein, until the expiration of one month after either party thereto has given written notice to the secretary to the Tribunal and to the other party of his desire to determine it.
