Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Where the Commissioner or prescribed member charges a member with a breach of discipline, the Commissioner or prescribed member shall appoint a prescribed member or prescribed members to conduct a hearing into the charge.
(2) With the consent of the member charged, the prescribed member laying the charge may be appointed under subsection (1).
(3) Where a member is charged with a breach of discipline, notice under section 84F shall be served on the member.
