Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Board consists of at least 5 members appointed by the Minister.
(2) An appointment under subsection (1) must be notified in the Gazette as soon as practicable after it is made.
(3) The exercise of a power or the performance of a function of the Board is not affected by reason only of there being a vacancy in the membership of the Board.
